Why we love this Wine
Riesling always has a place in the Sometimes Always fridge and this little beauty from the quiver of one of Margaret River's great estates is in fine form. It’s crisp and focussed drinking with pure citrus and apple characters, dashes of soft spice and some lovely orange blossom lift. Precise and gluggable when young, you can whack it in the cellar for a few years, if you can keep your hands off it, for some toasty goodness.
