A Sauvignon Blanc that leans into its place rather than the stereotype. From a tucked-away, southwest-facing slope in Moonambel, this Latta release draws its shape from shattered quartz and ironstone soils and old vines planted in the mid ’70s.Fermented wild in Austrian oak and left on full lees for a year (no stirring, no fuss), it’s all about structure and purity. Think bright citrus and green apple, a flash of white peach, a hint of herbs — wrapped around saline acidit. Not shouty Sauv. Just very, very good.
