Why we love this Wine
Watervale Riesling from the Koerner brothers… Need we say more? We will. 99 year old vines with a southerly aspect and red clay on slate and ironstone soils. Hand harvested before a long slow press and ten months in 50% ceramic eggs, 50% stainless steel. Delicate florals lead in melon, stone fruit and that signature Clare Valley lime. Fine boned, extremely long. Can’t fault it.
