A thirst-slaking traditional method sparkling wine, 100% Chardonnay from the top'o'the Mornington Peninsula to ya. One year in the barrel, then two years on lees in the bottle, leaving behind creamy texture and almond shortbread aroma. The Silverwood vineyard sits on a gently north-facing slope in Balnarring. Hillside sunlight is captured and transformed, here for a nose packed with bursting brioche, golden apples and honey-glazed granola. Pineapple and spearmint on the palate. Wine to sip, savour and relish across an evening.
