Why we love this Wine
Warm, golden yellow Riesling, with so much going on. Old and young vines from Dromana and Balnarring then an early pick, thanks to a warm start in 2025. Whole bunch pressed, wild fermented, then held in stainless steel for 7 months, dialling in a tight, linear style. The nose is reminiscent of Champagne with brioche and warm spice. On the palate, the tang of green apple, yellow sultanas and toasted nuts. There's complexity here, and so much ageing potential. Yet in its glorious youth, this is Riesling as we know and love it, packed with brisk acid and zippy energy.
