Why we love this Wine
Fiano just thrives in the sunlit slopes of McLaren Vale. Here, it's driven by stonefruit and citrus, with both tank and barrel fermentation (translation: oak influence is present, but definitely not the only note you'll hear). A pleasing, pithy tartness and elegant texture. All-round good chi (or 'Ki', if you will).
