Why we love this Wine
Say hello to the newest release of aromatic, racy Chardonnay from one of our favourite Chablis producers. The wet stone-y, structural minerality is undeniable, while rippling waves of pear and green apple, juicy apricot, grapefuit and flint wash over the palate. 12 months on lees in stainless steel keep it lean yet texturally fulfilling. Always a pleasure.
