Hardy, hearty lovely Chardy you just want to drink and drink. Sutherland Estate in Dixons Creek, Yarra Valley. Planted 1995, south-facing, 200m above sea level with a cooler growing season. Citrussy acid, racy minerals, flint. Would reward cellaring, but it sinks like heaven's water right now.
