Why we love this Wine
Wake-up wine; dry, zippy, tart and fresh. On the nose there's cut grass giving a beautiful vegetal quality, alongside white flowers. The influence of oak, alongside some warmer spice makes for a stunning wine of remarkable depth, texture and length. Single-vineyard, a few kms north of Nuits Saint Georges, on a south-west faving slope. Aged 10 months on lees, you could give it another 4-5 years in bottle and it'll only get better.
