Why we love this Wine
Picpoul (or rather, Piquepoul) from the south of France on the Mediterranean Coast. If that isn't a sexy sentence we don't know what is. Stunningly dry, with slicing acidity and an exotic, floral nose, luscious on the palate and loaded with lemon. Apples, fruit salad. Crafted biodynamically, without any oak. Begs for seafood, salad, cheese.
