Why we love this Wine
Moreish Melon de Bourgogne. Light, dry acid. Orchard fruits like green apple and white plum. Rain on dry stones, a little saline spritz. Chilli crabs in broth would be a pairing for the ages. Chilled down, this is initially austere in the glass; but its appeal is in its simplicity. When life gives you melons, make Muscadet.
