Muscadet from granitic soils. Dare we say more? We should actually, this is quite extra. Natural mineral perfection meets plenty of expressive tinkering by Master Tinkerer Jérome Bretaudeau. MT. Known as Melon Blanc, Jérome's primary grape Melon de Bourgogne is on show here. Aged on lees, it dances through various neutral vessels before bottles. Drink it soon, it’s ready to roll.
