Why we love this Wine
Established in 1981, the Collotte family manage 17ha of vines in Burgundy. Isabelle and Philippe Collotte now carry the torch and continue to make wines of consistency and precision. This voluptuous Aligoté is crispy and elegant. Limestone soils bring a soft serve of minerality. Whole bunch pressings for texture on the white flowers and citrus swirl. Simply delicious.
