The Chalmeau family have been at it for generations, four in-fact, in the village of Chitry. There's elegance and layers here while showcasing a delicate balance of flavours. Fresh crispy apples, stone fruits, zesty citrus, and a good dollop of that ol' Chablis finesse. This is where tradition meets artistry, my friends.
