Why we love this Wine
Here’s the fourth release of this ripping Piccadilly Valley sparkling wine composed from Pinot Noir & Chardonnay from the Summertown Vineyard planted way back in 1987 by Charles “Chilly” Hargrave. It’s fresh and crisp with a lively bead; there’s richness here too with mouth-filling apple, pear and citrus characters undercut with yeasty, bready, softly-spiced complexity with a creamy, dry textural finish.
