Based in Port Elliot the three brothers, Simon, Jason and Ben Cooke have conjured up a silky pinot from the misty Kuitpo of the Adelaide Hills. No strangers to winemaking the band of brothers work with sustainably committed growers, delivering wines to reflect the quality fruit. Wild fermented, 12 days on skins and 7 months in french oak. Elegance and finesse, there's cherries and strawberries driving with spice and grip. Whip up a porcini pappardelle to really lean into the Kuitpo ode here. Swirl, sip, savour.
