Single site Chardonnay from premium Adelaide Hills fruit that’s beautifully balanced, whole-bunch pressed and wild-fermented in French puncheons, some new. Pretty and perfumed, apples and stone fruits, with delicate minerality and complexity. Real classy stuff that’s turning heads, from three brothers, Simon, Jason and Ben Cooke.
