Why we love this Wine
Organically farmed Chardonnay from a super-steep site of Kimmeridgian limestone terroir, usually a defining element in higher-level Chablis and 1er Cru. With peach and white fleshy fruits, this is a wine of light minerality and a little spice, instantly irresistible. Fresh apples and some saltiness, length and vibrancy. A good one. Real good.
