A beautiful expression of Zwiegelt from Austrian producer Claus Preisinger. Planted over gravel, the grapes produce a wine of freshness and personality. Handpicked, selected in the vineyard, sorted in the winery, natural fermentation in stainless steel tanks, 10 months in small barrels on yeast. Black fruits and hints of spice. Still thinking about the long finish.
