Why we love this Wine
Natural wine aficionado Claus Preisinger is back - and this time he’s got us popping caps. Utilising the Austrian red grape St Laurent and the el classico Methode Ancestral technique of carbonation, this lo-fi pink beauty is a lot like sparkling made with Pinot Noir, tying together red florals, citrus, apple danish and a little strawberry. Very clean.
