If you haven't tried Timorasso, this would be a great place to jump into the pond. A fairly typical expression—typical doesn't do justice though, here, typical to mean exceptional, with blooming aromas of chamomile, yellow plums and toasted almond. A year on lees with light battonage adds delightful, ticklish texture. Worth giving your attention during the drinking; a lot turns up.
