Chablis is one of those wines that should be kept in your fridge at all times. Kind of an “In Case of Emergency - Break Glass” type of scenario. We dig the wines from Sébastien Christophe at Christophe et Fils. Elegant and refined, showing classic Chablis charm and pitch-perfect form and an awe-inspiring dose of inherent drinkability. Flinty, mineral-packed, crisp, stone-fruity and citrusy with a lovely cadence …. We love it.
