Why we love this Wine
Bored with sparkling wine? Of course you’re not, but imagining that were a thing, this is the Pét Nat riff to have you fall in love anew. Born of a collab between the BK gang and their Japanese friends at KP Orchard + Lyndon Kubis of Toorak Cellars. There’s gunflint and apple blossom meeting the nose, with waxiness and crunchy pear and lemon pith on the palate. Oishi means delicious. Oath.
