Why we love this Wine
We were utterly intrigued and delighted with this wine the first time we drunk it. 7 months on lees gives a gorgeous textural dimensionality to this otherwise crisp white. There's a beautifully balanced bitterness that offsets the aromatic nose which boasts kaffir lime and lemongrass. Citric, refreshing, would hold up next to laksa and curry spices beautifully.
