Why we love this Wine
A winding walk through a summer citrus grove, this is the zesty, zingy, slightly savoury white we want on hand, all times. Stewed apple and bright blossom aromas have been coaxed from the Spanish grape, then it hits the palate with a rippling wave of acid. A little nutty, a lot nice. Black lime zip and a creamy finish, softly saline and very fresh. An absolute stonker of a lunch wine, now in its sixth well-received release. Parell is the Galician word for pair, here a nod to the stellar winemaking pair that brings you this drop: Eleana Anderson of Mayford and Jo Marsh of Billy Button Wines.
