Why we love this Wine
Deluxe as. In fact, this Organic Syrah from Chapoutier Vineyard is so revered, it’s never been sold to anyone else. Lucky Owen Latta, lucky us. Gently made in a 3000L concrete vat, basket pressed to new and seasoned French casks. Raw and beautiful, with blackpepper aromatics, black cherry and liquorice, cured meat and lingering leafiness. Lovely stuff.
