Why we love this Wine
This cracking Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay from the crew at Garagiste ticks all the boxes. It’s detailed, vivid and pure, with a wash of stone-fruit and citrus, a waft of soft spice and cashew-y oak. There's also an edge of funky ‘struck flint’ complexity that is just lovely. Of course, the overriding factor here is that it scores highly on the ‘pourmeanotherglassness’ scale and who are we to argue with that.
