Here is some damn fine Picadilly Valley méthode traditionelle sparkling wine to brighten up your life. A blend of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay made with 85% 2016 vintage material and 15% reserve wines, the wine shows pure and bright citrus and pear aromas and flavours along with hints of toasty, fresh baked bread and apple danish notes. Rich and creamy with a dry finish, it’s an elegant, delicious addition to the Aussie sparkling wine ranks.
