Why we love this Wine
From the biodynamic Cobaw Ridge vineyard and the cool climate of the Macedon Ranges, this is seriously textural Pét Nat, fragrant, creamy and alive. Impressively detailed with notes of tea, roses and watermelon. Elegance and spice, full of complexity and detail. While the Cobaw Rosé is up there with the best in Australia, this sings too, obviously.
