Why we love this Wine
The simple beauty that is a single vineyard in Echunga in the Adelaide Hills, hand-picked and lightly pressed, sent straight to barrel. With tiny yields this year, the wine is wild driven and beautifully balanced, with intense white peaches and floral aromas. Some subtle oak support and a lick of reduction delivers both fun and interesting drinking here.
