Why we love this Wine
There's something special about the way that the southern Italian varieties fit into the viticultural landscape of South Australia. They just work. The nose is all white flowers, grapefruit with softened honeyed tones. Half was fermented in tank for crisp brightness with the other half in old barrels that bring about the more textural elements.
