Justine Henschke is not only a member of the sixth generation of the Henschke family, with the winery being established back in 1868, but she is also a good friend of the Sometimes Always team. It’s always a delight to bump into her at a wine event, no matter where it is in the world. 

We love that Justine is firmly committed to the future of Australia’s wine industry, appearing on many boards, committees and judging panels. While her roots are local, her outlook is worldly, having travelled the world and working abroad before settling back home as Henschke’s Marketing and PR Manager. 

Therefore, we couldn’t think of a better person to call on to create a Mixed Pack of some of their favourite wines from near and far. Moreover, we couldn’t just stop at one pack, asking Justine to also curate a very special three pack featuring her picks of the Champagne category – an investment where a guiding hand is always appreciated. Justine has also kindly given us insight in why she chose these particular wines and some of the stories of where and how she discovered them.
