Why we love this Wine
Pure mineral and authentic wine. Pressed gently, it goes directly to wood, natural fermentation, on lees for a year, untouched. Classy and youthful, reserved and lively. The bouquet dances with lemon oil, baked bread, crisp yellow fruit and rich chalk. Diamond-cut precision, this is dinner-table Champagne that will steer the conversation. Go with it.
