Why we love this Wine
While Henschke are no doubt most famous for their Shiraz, they also craft some very premium alternative varieties. Prime example right here. These vines are grown on the slope that overlooks the village of Eden Valley and is named after the family that managed the property. With 16 months in seasoned French hogsheads, like all good Nebbs, this has excellent cellaring potential and may just be one of our new favourites to stash away for as long as we can bear.
