From the Peninsula that so seldom disappoints, the Mornington Pinot Noir we truly deserve. Yugen consistently nail the sweet spot between interesting and darn delicious. 100% whole bunches transformed into a slurpy, fruity-fresh affair, plenty bright. BUT, so much more besides. Forest floor, bitter cocoa, soft herbs. Savoury, balanced, soft. Do you ever feel like a wine is flirting with you? Truly tops, from a cooler vineyard with east facing aspect.
