A field blend (a proper one) from the Yettis. True story. This wine is the result of picking an old co-planted block in Springton, Eden Valley, all at once. De-stemmed fruit in multiple ferments to dial up the how-ya-garn vibes. And voila. 9 varieties in the rainbow. A bold and textural wild one.
