Why we love this Wine
Ever since winemaker Sarah Crowe took over the winemaking at this iconic Yarra Valley estate, the wine quality has gone through the roof. A 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Shiraz is bonkers-good with juicy, floral-flecked plum/cherry fruits underscored with soft spice and herbs along with fine tannins and a whole-bunchy lift and texture that has us splashing the wine around with abandon. She’s a little ripper.
