Grown on Yangarra’s higher altitude McLaren Vale estate, we covet it for its perfect blend of vibrant fruit and mouth-watering acidity. Smooth and easy, this is a dry rosé with plenty of style and class, cool fermented and aged on lees for two months in stainless, before 5mo maturation in old French oak barrels.
