An easy wine to recommend, lively with sea spray and lemon, tangy and juicy. Wild yeast fermented in tank then aged on fine lees for seven months, the winemaker has preserved texture to create something savoury and seriously spesh. Deliciously dry refreshment is so deeply satisfying from a Vermentino, which this 2024 quencher has in spades.
