Blanc is a zesty, textural delight from Margaret River’s cool nights and warm days. Made from hand-selected, night-harvested Semillon, this wine’s wild ferment brings out aromatic citrus, wax and honeysuckle. Fresh, yet layered from six months on fine lees, it’s light, complex, and has just the right amount of zip. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, this really unlocks the expressive potential of Semillon (ie. this slaps).
