Why we love this Wine
Grandma Melva would be proud. Her namesake wine is a wild fermented delight, packed with floral spice, orchard blossom, and quince. The slippery, lush palate is a real treat too. Sourced from the Peglidis vineyard, ie. the same place that Kerri Thompson has been making magic happen for years now, handpicked Riesling enjoys oxidative handling before fermenting with wild yeast in twenty-year-old French oak barriques. Succulence behind a screwcap. Cellaring will be richly rewarded.
