Watervale royalty, Kerri Thompson is simply flexing on us now with this zesty Vermentino. Shout out to the Koerner family, responsible for growing the Clare Valley fruit that's the hero here. Vermentino thrives in the dry heat, so this is just explosive with florals and a savoury, textured palate, while wild fermentation and a touch of oak adds depth and complexity. Italian-ish, tropical and citric, fresh, friendly—honestly what more could you want?
