Northern Italy > South Tyrol province > Bolzano city. On its outskirts, Waldgries grows the classic varietals of the Alto Adige. A place of beauty such as this could only produce striking wines. From low yielding vines, this Pinot Blanc is arrestingly focused - and layered. So many layers. Seductive sweet peach and lemon blossom aromas lead in ripe, juicy fruit layered with nuts and herbs, smoke, cream, a hit of diesel. Don’t fall in.
