Why we love this Wine
All the Von Buhl vineyards are certified organic, with its fruit coming from the estate and nearby. Naturally ferments in tank and some large oak casks, extended time on lees, no pumps, and low sulphur even for the entry wines. With melon pith and mineral texture, serious riesling heads love this bargain.
