Moriz Hoffmann now at the realm, and the wines are continuing to carve their way into our favourite stash of affordable riz. Wolfer is made from the best goldgrube plots. Elegant and subtle fruits, lemon and lime, the mineral notes from the slate shines through and just the slightest residual coating at the end. Refined and a red hot steal.
