Why we love this Wine
We’ve got a thing for Italian white wines. Always savoury & refreshing and great in the food/wine matching stakes where they act as an extra implement at the dinner table. Here, it’s a lovely wee Pinot Grigio from Venchiarezza in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. You’ll find yellow plum, pear and stone-fruit characters, some estery lift and light notes of marzipan and white flowers. A textural wine with an underlying richness and savoury sway.
