Why we love this Wine
What do you get when you take a cult-favourite Pét Nat, and spruce it even further? This right here. The addition of a little Tinta Barocca to an already rocking Sangiovese/Zibibbo blend brings a lovely extra layer of complexity. There’s delicacy, early season strawberries, and a lovely savouriness that makes for a very moreish concoction. Drinkable and vibrant in its youth (weren’t we all).
