Why we love this Wine
Ci piace Cortese for its easy drinking style and savoury flow - light, refreshing and just all-round great drinking. The Valli Unite Ciapè has a lo-fi edge to it with plenty of lemon and citrus, swelling with peach and nectarine on the mid-palate where it gathers a little weight before sliding beautifully into a crisp finale. It’s lovely.
