Why we love this Wine
We are coming into peak Pet Nat season so this has arrived just in the nick of time. Sea Foam is pretty much the perfect name for this exuberant fizzy Fiano-based elixir …. Bouncy, refreshing and invigorating, with an initial blast of pear and citrus; perhaps a whiff of something passionfruity and cider-esque with a tingly saline tang to the finish that gets the tastebuds twanging. It’s like the offspring of a one-night stand between a Champagne and a cider. It’s real nice.
