Why we love this Wine
You never thought a red(ish) sparking wine could be so refreshing.. Shiraz and Cabernet grown in sandy granite pockets around Harcourt Valley in Central Victoria. Pét Nat finished in bottle with no additions. Light raspberries with melon and blackcurrant lollies, the taste of a warm summer day.
